A Suggestion from Sara…
well, not a real book, but a book nonetheless.
basically, i am suggesting that the gong family just each submit a short (10-20 pages) story on what they think the gong family is to them, what it is all about, or just about themselves as well.
I know that everyone is busy and all, but i am sure writing something like this would not be too hard right? Just say what is in your heart.
Why?
because i think that we are all living seperate lives now and ti would be nice to read a book and see what we use to feel, like many years later.
Yes people, we are growing old and our memory is failing us soon.
Plus when you are far away it is a good thing to have some memories.
We can make it like a Gong Family Memory book or smth.
all i am saying is you guys write words and maybe i can compile them when i get back home etc and print them out and what not.
let me know what you think yea?
spread the word on your blog!
( i know my blog is as dead as hell)

So…
Now I’m all alone.
Pa and Ma flew back home noon of yesterday after dropping me off at my apartment. I spent my day moping about the room, routinely messing up then tidying my table, kitchen, bed, etc. Everything except my bathroom, which I have decided has a terribly weak plumbing so it always smells like old pee. =(
Here’s shots from my last evening with my parents when we went to watch Iron Man. Ma all white and Pa all black. =D

FREE SEATING. LOVE IT. OR ELSE.

I wanted to go grab sushi for lunch yesterday but the sushi store was closed. =\ So I walked towards St Mandé’s station to find an ang mor pasar malam in the middle of the square! It’s kinda like a pasar malam, minus the pirated goods and good food. It’s like a sunday market. Very interesting. I managed to walk around, grab some terrible lunch, wonder if I should buy meat, decide not to buy meat, walk back towards the supermarket to buy meat, get turned away from the supermarket cause it was closing, sulk at the lady, walk back to my apartment with my terrible lunch, then watch CNN.

Anyway….
Ma and Pa got me new shoes! =3 Not my usual type, but this is their latest bid in trying to girly-fy me. Though they are boy’s shoes. Lol. Less boy-ish than my current pair of Everlasts.

And though this is really really girly looking, I really really like it. =3 My dungaree!

Then I tried to cook. =\ Wasn’t too bad really. But since I couldn’t get any meat, I felt cheated of my daily protein happiness.

Going to work now. Today is my baby’s first day at work too! =3 JIA YOU!
I decided I’m going to post the day’s headlines here today so when I look back years from now I can say to my kids, “look. Mummy had nothing better to do.”
